Who we are

Our team is composed by professionals with long term management experience in Luxury and Branded Real Estate licensing and consultants with extensive contacts with real estate developers worldwide.

Gabriella Saracino

After more than 20 years in the Fashion and Finance sectors, Gabriella Saracino created her own consulting practice, Key to Value, to support Luxury, Fashion and Furniture companies looking to expand in accessories, home and real estate sectors through licensing or interior design agreements.

Ms. Saracino started her career as an Investment Banker in London, working for Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan in the Merger & Acquisitions division for more than 6 years, focusing on fashion and luxury goods companies and cooperating to the major M&A transactions in the years 1997-2003 which led to the consolidation of the Luxury sector. 
 In 2003 she joined Valentino S.p.A. in Milan and led the licensing division for 5 years, contributing to the successful company turnaround. She further consolidated her professional experience in strategic consulting for FMCG companies, working for more than 2 years in AT Kearney in Paris before moving to Gianni Versace S.p.A. as Licensing and Interior Design Director, where she led the licensing division for 8 years, managing business relationships with the company licensing partners in fragrances, eyewear, watches, jewelry, home products, hotels & residences. 

In Versace, Ms. Saracino helped to successfully develop the Versace business in the hotel and branded residential sector, playing a key role in establishing the brand legitimacy in the home design business. Under her leadership the Gianni Versace S.p.A. finalized several agreements with major real estate partners to develop hotel and residential projects in Europe, Asia, Middle East and India, and gained a stronger market positioning in the fashion branded real estate sector. She also managed the start up and development of the new Home business unit, creating a new division within Versace S.p.A. to produce and distribute worldwide Versace furniture and home textile products.
